Liquid Coat
Coating & Paint Booths
Our spray booths are all designed to allow the efficient application of low or high solids solvent-based paints or water-based paints while effectively removing overspray particles from the spray booth exhaust.
We offer a wide range of spray booth types and styles, some of which include:
- Dry filter or water wash spray booths.
- Side draft or down draft spray booths.
- Manual or automatic spray booths.
- Continuous or batch spray booths.
- Monorail, power & free, or floor conveyor types.
Water Wash Spray Booths
For high volume spraying, water wash spray booths typically provide very consistent air flows and overspray capture efficiencies.
Dry Filter Spray Booths
We recommend dry filter spray booths for plants that do not have facilities to treat spray booth sludge. Automatic spray booth air make-up controls maintain constant air flow and velocity as overspray accumulates in the dry filters, which can clog and restrict airflow.
Dry Baffle Spray Booths
Dry baffle spray booths are used for high solids paint applications. They eliminate overspray particles from the spray booth exhaust and collect and reclaim the paint overspray for recycling and reuse.
"Clean" Room Spray Booths
"Clean" room spray booths are best for applications requiring very high quality finishes. The installation has dedicated air supplies to ensure a dirt free painting environment.
Dip & Flow Coat Machines
Dip and/or flow coat machines are designed for either solvent or water-based paints. Single or multiple color arrangements are available. Automatic equipment can be provided to reduce color change time. These machines are designed to operate either in a continuous mode or an indexing batch mode.
Flash Tunnels
To ensure parts remain dirt free from the spray booth to the curing oven, flash tunnels protect freshly painted surfaces from the plant’s airborne dust and dirt. These tunnels also trap any hazardous or objectionable solvent vapors that flash off of the parts prior to entering the curing oven.
